The KFE Approach

Our engagement model has been iterated on across 13 annual cycles.

1

Discovery

Initial assessment of organisational needs. Usually conducted over a Sunday roast.

2

Planning

The CEO drafts a formal itinerary. It is reviewed by the COO. Revisions are made. The CEO disputes the revisions.

3

Execution

Head of Logistics & Event Operations takes command. Everything runs perfectly, except for one thing that is never discussed publicly.

4

Debrief

Post-event review conducted informally over the farewell breakfast. Outcomes: rated excellent. Bacon: rated outstanding.
