Day One — Check-in & Team Integration

Official Check-In
All personnel report to Crown Metropol reception for room allocation and credential distribution. Executive welcome packs will be issued at the front desk.

High-Rise Aquatic Team-Building
Settle into quarters then convene at the high-rise pool deck for an informal team-building session. Hydration and relaxation are mandatory corporate objectives.

Personnel will be divided into two operational taskforces for the evening.
Taskforce Alpha
Escape Room Strategic Challenge & Dinner
Younger executives undertake a high-pressure escape room scenario to assess problem-solving, lateral thinking, and grace under fire. Followed by a team dinner debrief.
Taskforce Bravo
Next-Gen Talent Supervision
The Board and Senior Advisory Council assume command of the junior associates and trainees. Activities include room-based entertainment, snack logistics, and bedtime protocols.

The Main Event
Day Two — Peak Performance & Grand Dinner
Morning
Executive Breakfast Briefing
Full buffet breakfast in the hotel lobby. All personnel are to attend. This is not optional — the pastries alone justify attendance. Coffee will flow without limit.

Light Working Lunch
A light, informal lunch to refuel before the evening's main event. Location at the CEO's discretion — flexibility is encouraged.

The Grand Dinner
The cornerstone event of the retreat. All Klinko Family Enterprises personnel will gather for a lavish buffet dinner at one of Melbourne's most distinguished venues.

A world-class buffet experience befitting the calibre of this organisation. Dress code: look magnificent. Speeches, toasts, and general merriment are anticipated. Note: comfortable walking shoes are recommended for the transit to and from the venue.

Day Three — Final Operations & Checkout
Morning
Farewell Breakfast
Final buffet breakfast. Savour it — this is the last corporate-expensed meal until next year. Reflect on achievements, share gratitude, consume unreasonable volumes of bacon.

Final High-Rise Assembly
One last session at the high-rise pool. Optional for all personnel but highly recommended. The views alone are worth the elevator ride.
